No Refund Policy

All sales of PottyPal subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for any portion of your subscription, whether monthly or yearly.

  1. Please ensure you understand the features and benefits before subscribing.
  2. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your PottyPal subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal, accessible through the 'Billing' page in your dashboard.

  1. Cancellation will stop future billing.
  2. Access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  3. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.

No Free Trial

PottyPal does not offer a free trial. Subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase.

PottyPal provides a B2B SaaS platform designed to simplify service ticket management for portable sanitation companies.

  3. We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans to suit your business needs.
  4. A mobile app for service drivers.

Acceptable Use

Users of PottyPal agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  1. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service's operation.
  3. You are responsible for the content you create and share through the platform.
  4. You agree to not share login credentials with unathorized users.
  5. You agree to not scrape, or attempt to scrape, any data from the site.

Service Availability

  3. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

PottyPal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

  1. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
  2. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

  1. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
